Delete Your Account

In the app (immediate)

1. Sign in to OpenMind (web, iOS, or Android).
2. Open your Profile / Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is blocked while you have an upcoming paid session or an active series subscription — cancel those first so refunds and payouts can settle.

By request

Email support@openmind.comfrom the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we will process it within 30 days.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted/anonymized: your profile (name, email, demographics), avatar, notification history, and the link between you and your activity.
• Retained (required by law, anonymized): payment/transaction records and the security audit trail. These no longer reference your identity after deletion.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
